        I originally went to Vision Express after going to another big name optician and not feeling looked after at all. The lady in Vision Express was extremely helpful and friendly. There is a lovely lady in the Penrith branch Hayley who is so very friendly and extremely helpful. I tried contact lenses and struggled so went back in to get help putting them in and taking them out. Hayley could not have had more patience or been more helpful with me. She helped me choose new glasses to suit me. Definitely over and above for customer service! Thank you.
