This place has become awful. We last visited last year. Knowledgeable friendly people! Excellent service as well. Went back recently.:( Very different and disappointed. What have they done to the shop?! They have employed some very inexperienced staff since our last visit. No decent electric guitars anymore..cheap Chord, Ibeneniz and Tokai. The ones we looked at where very poorly set up as well. Bridge saddles at Max etc. Odd sales guy hovering around you at every turn.. Good choice of strings though at reasonable prices. Good choice of amps too. From bedroom to pro . Has to be said. Overall I and my roady/tech where disappointed. Think they have let the shop slide and seem to only be interested in school kids and very cheap beginners guitars now..can't comment on other instruments they sell. Very sad really. Used to be a decent place. Will not be going back unfortunately. Shame. Could be a little gem of a shop...just the new staff haven't a clue..sorry Amanda..you should sort this out. Or people will go elsewhere..

Went in looking for fretboard conditioner, so they ordered some in especially for me, lovely people knowledgeable and an ever expanding collection of guitars I want to buy

Fantastic family owned shop. I phoned up to enquire about a guitar they had listed on their website and Amanda kindly held it for me while I travelled up to look at it as it was the only one they had in stock. The guitar was competitively priced and Amanda was extremely helpful so suffice to say I bought it. I would definately buy from them again.
