        just returned from vodafone in penrith with a phone that is now working. the phone was bombarded with 'clean up' requests and we could not get rid of them. Adam in the Penrith shop fixed the problem in a few minutes and told us what to do if it happened again. so 5 stars for Adam

        After a horrendous experience with another provider who screwed up my tethering situation whilst renting, I required an emergency back up solution because of charity work and house move situation, everything is done by email these days! Well Thankyou Penrith for helping me out ! Adam was my hero and so was his colleague! Both very helpful and am now back online! PHEW!!! On a package that helps during the transition period and signal is great!
