AVOID AVOID AVOID the owner of this shop left us with wedding rings that did not fit .the day before our big day . she told us she would be at the shop at 10am on the Friday the day before our wedding to get our rings sized correctly after 1 failed attempt previously. she left my wife sat outside for 3 hours hysterical and did not turn up. she then phoned me and told me she was ill and wasn't coming then in a nasty tone said what do you want me to do about it. when I told her I was going to the local paper she phoned the police and said I'd been threatening her. they are lying cheating untrustworthy people save your mon

I wish I had Googled the reviews before dealing with them. Appalling customer service - arrogant and inflexible. Don't waste your time; there are much better jewellers in the area.
