With the movement, the top baffle plate kept falling into the fire.
Rang thre issue in, and was sent a metal plate twice the size of the one that was installed.
Took it back to the shop, and the guy said, Thats not even close!
The roof caved in and one plate broke in half, and I was told not to use the burner.
Was told I would have a visit today between 10 and 11am, no one turned up.
Rang the shop..no answer.
