Awefull car sales business,phoned and emailed to a pleasant enough employee regarding my strong intrest in a vehicle, I asked could I secure the vehicle untill I made the 500mile round trip to pick up, the vehicle in a couple of days, I offered to put a 1000 deposit but the employee insisted there was no need and reassured myself everything was in order to make the purchase and it was ready to go for me. Was very excited at my car to be as it was my dream car, contacted the garage as I was about to set off to find out the car had been sold, the garage was not going to inform me of this and I was just about to travel across the country too, the customer service is atrocious and come across as right cowboys, if they can't simply communicate with a customer this is not good business and I hope the next potential customer is not stung in future.

What an amazing service we received from this company. We arrived in the lakes on Monday 10th April having had the RAC diagnose an alternator failure on route. We had a major problem which wouldnt have allowed us to drive 300 miles home. We phoned Ullswater Road Garage the following day and spoke with Pauline. She immediately identified our problem and booked us that day for assessment. Turns out the alternator belt had snapped resulting in no charging. Within 4 hours the issues were sorted and we were able to continue our holiday . Cant thank Pauline enough for taking on problem and keeping us updated. Thank you . 5* is not enough. A very easy and great experience buying a used car from Ken at Ullswater Road Garage. Spotted the car online, phoned and spoke to Ken who said we could hold the car with a deposit. We travelled from Manchester to view the car. Everything was great, test drive etc. Agreed the Sale and collected it the week after once it had been through their garage for a full check over and sorting out a few minor things. Ken went above and beyond to make it a pleasant sale (especially for my hubby who is very fussy when buying vehicles). Would highly recommend this company.

2nd car Ive bought from this company and was just as easy and simple as the first. Harry was lovely and explained everything well, made sure anything that needed doing with the car was done ready for me to collect and made sure to keep me updated. Would highly recommend.

Rolled up at the garage with a puncture from Devon on way to Scotland to play golf rather forlornly accepting we were going to miss our first day's golf. The lady on service reception (sorry, forgot your name) was wonderfully helpful and friendly. She immediately had an inspection done to see if it could be repaired after she realised they didn't have my tyre size in stock. Inspection revealed two big unrepairable holes. No bother - we can get a tyre here within 15-20 mins! She directed us to a nearby cafe to eat in whilst we waited and returned 45 mins later to pay a very reasonable bill for the incredible service and new tyre and still made our tee time in Scotland. The staff are a credit to the firm who all helped us get on our way as quickly as possible. 'Great service' in an age when that term is becoming increasingly rare.
