Helen is an extremely unjudgemental and professional therapist. It was refreshing to open up to someone and not get a reaction about things I shared with her. Admittedly, I was a bit dubious about whether BWRT was a bit "airy fairy"/whether it would be effective for me, but I'm glad I persisted. I did not expect to have such good results after only a few sessions. Thank you very much

Helen is amazing. She is very professional and an easy person to open up to. I was at the end of my tether with my issue and reached out to a couple of therapists. Helen was the fist to answer my email and after speaking to her on the phone I knew instantly that it was the right decision. I felt a bit silly initially because I didnt know anything about her work and whether it could help with my issue. Its the best thing I did! Three sessions of BWRT later and that part of my life is now over, gone, no more issue...I couldnt believe it would be that quick or simple. I cant recommend her enough. Thank you Helen.
