Took my daughter to urgent care. The staff from reception to the nurse who dealt with my daughter was super kind and very friendly and very efficient.

I'm currently being treated for a badly burnt foot....... Exceptional is, the only way to describe the treatment I'm receiving at the moment. Everyone, from the receptionist, nurses and doctors are top class . They're clearly very proud of their hospital. This is clearly demonstrated in the totally professional manner in which I'm being treated . I'd say that it'll end up making a fundamental contribution in my recovery. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Went in as had hurt my foot, got called in to see a nurse after 1 hour, nurse didn't even look at my foot, then said why didn't you go to your gp, I said because I feel I need an xray (I have medical knowledge). Nurse said no to xray as xrays only show bones, what a patronising comment, also if you even looked at my foot, you would have seen it was swollen and painful. Nurse said she would get either another nurse or gp to look at me, but could be another 2 hours. Decided to leave as didn't want to waste my time to then be told to go to my own gp. Not very helpful, not thorough, need to actually inspect issues, not just look at a screen.
