Do not buy a new build from this company. Our shower is leaking through the living room ceiling after living here less than a year and they are refusing to cover it - apparently sealant is only expected to last 6 weeks. In addition, we were sold on a bin store being provided, turns out they never actually checked this with the council who are refusing to collect rubbage from the bin stores after they have been built. Poor quality finish overall.
