        I have always been nervous about going to gyms on my own and joining crossfit. From the very first communication they have been so friendly and welcoming. During the sessions you feel like you have a PT there. The coaches really care and support everyone. One of the best decisions I have made is going to District L.

The coaches have endless experience and advice for everyone no matter what your abilities are. The members are like an extended family and will be there for encouragement and support no matter what! Ive been a member for over 3 years and have never looked back!
