This place is always packed full of teenagers, so we use the drive through, doesn't matter if there's a queue or not they seem to take forever to do your order. The food is always red hot n fresh just takes 20-30 mins at the drive-through Parking: I have a blue badge but there's always someone sat in them eating there food so you may have to park away from there as the space is very limited and normally packed

Went in today, waited 20 minutes for my order, they were calling out numbers way after mine, I had a train to catch so had to leave it. To say youre a fast food place is a joke, your staff were ridiculously slow and absolutely no help. Wasted 10 on lunch. My day is long enough with trains and replacement buses so needed a fast, easy lunch. I wont be using Penrith again. Sort it out, its actually a joke the amount of staff and how slow it is
