Missed the first delivery, organised a second delivery when the driver arrived I asked him to leave it over ring cam, he wouldnt do it or even attempt to deliver to a neighbour. I contacted this company to see if I could meet the driver at some point along his route , driver was given my number and asked to make contact with me to arrange collection. He didnt bother saying he forgot and they wont attempt delivery again. So now they want me to travel 40 miles to collect the parcel from depot.

They claimed to have left a card, through the wrong door which the occupants say they never had, leaving me with a lot of difficulty tracing where my parcel had gone. Their web site is terrible, directing you to a phone number and email address for redelivery, and after sending detailed directions for my address (including a photo), they still failed to find me on the second occasion. This was supposed to be an urgent overnight delivery, but when I finally got it after running after the driver who was about to give up, it was one whole week late!
