        Really no point in visiting as they store very few products now and many products can't even be ordered for collection... it was far better back on the high street. Might as well just stick to Amazon.

        Very poor service no outdoor or caravan aerials in stock.No wander people order online.

        Been waiting on the phone 20 minutes. Not a problem with that however the first person that I spoke with, transferred me to the wrong department. Had to call again. After 20 minutes again, spoke with same gentleman and I calmly said that I have been transferred to the wrong department. He lightly apologized and transferred me again to the wrong department I honestly hope you never need to call customer service because the service is just horrible. Not impressed and very upset. Maybe I will miss my payments to see what they do.
