Nicoll's Dental Practice & Denture Studio

This is an amazing dental practice! Located in Penrith town centre, this family run practice is quite simply the best. I lost a front crown Monday 14th , not the kind of Valentine present you really want . Rang this practice to see if they could help but the dentist was away . Long story short she cut short her holiday so that she could help me in her own time as the practice was really supposed to be closed for a week . Isabel and her husband John made me feel so welcome and cared for and ultimately restored my smile ,which is important not for vanity but I too have a shop and my toothless look was most definitely not a good one . I have feared and dreaded dentistry practically all my life but now I am looking forward to Isabel taking care of my oral care , as she is so lovely as is the practice . I cant recommend these guys highly enough ,especially to those who maybe fearful .

Sadly I feel let down by this practice. After a year and a half of treatment I am still experiencing problems with a tooth that was bothering me when I first went there. I received a filling from this practice which did not last, and I was told that the work was not guaranteed. I took out a practice plan with this practice and did not receive all treatment that I paid for. I feel I have not been treated fairly by this practice.
