A quirky cottage 10 minutes walk from the centre of Penrith, it's a nice cosy cottage has good central heating, hot water and a fantastic fire the soon warms the place up, it consists of a small kitchen which is well equipped, a main room with a dining table a small setee and comfortable chair, the room is quite dark even during the day, we needed a light on whenever we were in, the room has open stairs that lead to the bedroom, this is one of the places that looses a star for me, if you don't all go to bed at the same time the TV disturbs whoever's in bed, there is a very spacious bedroom and comfortable bed on the first floor with plenty of wardrobe space and plenty of drawers and a further single bed up a set of spiral stairs in a mezzanine level, there is a very good modern bathroom with a large shower all run from a combi boiler. There is a small garden to the front and a space for parking at the rear. The only other down side to me is that there is no wifi, in this day and age you expect it to be supplied
