        Horrendous customer service from sue (purple/pink hair), using think 25 challenge as a reason to not serve me even when my id was presented to her. Im 30 years old for Christ sake. I can only assume she was having a bad day and chose to be petty. A formal complaint will be given to steve the manager asap.

        Staff rude sue with the pink hair ridiculed and embarrassed my disabled daughter. And the staff thought it was funny. It goes without saying I will be taking this further Sue ridiculing disabled people sue is not right. I hope you manager Steve Wright is proud of his staff if you are disabled avoid that store at all cost
