Was asked what I had ordered? Then my (opened) parcel was looked through and checked? Before I received it. I asked why, was told it had to be checked.
Can just see M & S, Argos,Boots carrying out this check in a busy store - not!

went in to check a parcel in with a a QR code from my mobile, mobile signal is no good so asked about wifi but they said they dont offer customers access to wifi!
Had to leave with parcel still in hand and went to local post office instead. If you have no mobile signal then please offer wifi.
