David Hayton Peugeot - Penrith

I love my new Peugeot Rifter and the experience of purchasing it from start to finish was positive and memorable. The sales executive was at all times courteous and respectful and I did not feel in any way "pressured" to buy. When I took possession of my new car, we went through the paperwork and the transaction was made easy by the effeciency and thoroughness of the sales executive but most of all, I did feel that he cared about my experience - very professional but also, kind. Wanted a set of mudflaps for my Peugeot, so, I Googled "David Hayton Peugeot" and it came up with a PENRITH telephone number. So I rang it and it went to voicemail (fair enough, appreciate they may be busy dealing with other enquirers). Left my name, number, reg number and what I wanted. Call was returned to one of my colleagues (even though I had left my name and I wasn't busy when they called!) Left a ranting message with my colleague to say that he had no staff and I had actually rang David Hayton Mazda in Stockport...website clearly said David Hayton Peugeot in PENRITH for that phone number. I rang the number back (PENRITH) and was bluntly told to ring another PENRITH number as I had come through to Mazda parts in Stockport!!! I rang the number and, after 20 minutes of ringing, it rang off. What is this Country coming to when you have this much aggravation when just trying to give a company your business?? Can only imagine how hard it would be to buy a car from them!! Sort yourselves out David Haytons PENRITH!!
