DMB builders are one of the best builders in the area. I got the info from one of my friend who did her kitchen with them and was very happy with the service she received. The staff are very organized and they know what they doing. They have very responsible price for the job they do. they know how to deal with the customers and keep them happy. My experience was very good with these guys as well as my friend. I would strongly recommend their service. If youre looking for a general constructor or builder in the area then this is the best choice you can go with. I highly recommend taking your renovation needs to this company.

We have been tremendously impressed with DMB Building Ltd throughout the entire process of construction. David and all of his team are incredibly skilled, efficient and friendly. From the onset of construction, David communicated daily with us (and our neighbours) to ensure that we were fully informed as to the timeframe and logistics of construction. The site was left clean and tidy at all times and all of David's team turned up when promised. Everything was done to the highest of standards and David went above and beyond to ensure that the build was exactly how we wanted it. I would highly recommend DMB Building Ltd to anyone wanting a top quality build by professional and trustworthy staff.

Over a matter of a few weeks, Dave and DMB Builders transformed our old listed, first floor barn into a fabulous open and airy studio teaching space. They installed both insulation/ plasterboard and plastered the extensive open roof structure under the slate roof. Diathonite was then applied to the curvy old stone walls, (a specialist insulating lime and cork plaster) expertly and sympathetically - especially around the various stone details which were elements that were important to us and we didnt want to lose. From the outset, all communication was excellent. Every building stage, along with costs and implications were carefully considered by Dave. All the guys were great, with communication from all outstanding, as was the attention to small details/ preferences/ and new ideas - as well as helping with pricing and best value ordering. I am delighted with the finished result, the quality of the workmanship is excellent and I would 100% recommend this hardworking and reliable team.

Do not hesitate to book this building company! They are outstanding! From the first time Dave said hed meet me to the last time, he always turned up on that day at the arranged time. His communication was brilliant and he kept me informed if his team werent going to turn up the next day due to very bad weather. He advised me on aspects I hadnt considered and went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with the work being done. Dave has a great team who just got on with the work from beginning to end and did a fantastic job. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for them - working outside in rain on most days! They built an amazing walled patio which I am delighted with. Thanks Dave and team!

We were very impressed with all of the work DMB Building Ltd have done on the extension to our home. The quality of the work and attention to detail was superb. We were very happy that the work was done on schedule. It was also a real delight to have a team of builders who communicated so well with us as customers, on site, by email and on the phone keeping us in the loop with all the work at each stage. We would strongly recommend them !
