        We stayed here for the Winter Droving in Penrith. Lyn and Dave are very friendly and great hosts. We had Room 2, which is large and very comfortable. The Guest House is with-in walking distance of everything in Penrith and has off street parking - bonus! We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this little gem to anyone planning on staying in Penrith.

        If you need somewhere to stay in Penrith, I would 100% recommend to stay here. Not only is the location great (near a large supermarket, bus stops to take you the lakes and a few min walk to the city centre), the room was also incredibly comfortable and had everything you needed. A particular mention is needed for the hosts (Lyn and David) - they truly make you feel welcome and they put on an amazing breakfast to set you up for the whole day! I travelled here with my autistic brother and both of us felt very welcome and looked after here.
