        I cannot comment on this bank's customer service as I haven't been in but Barclays are currently funding fossil fuel extraction to the tune of around 88.5 billion. Investing innocent customers savings and pension funds into an industry which is partly responsible for the devastating climate crisis their own customers are experiencing. Barclays needs to clean up its act before I can give it anything more than 1 star.
