        It's hardly open and leaves silly notes On the door suggesting it will Open is a matter Of Hours when it is shut for at Least A week, I have been 5 times in 1 year and only once was the door open, bring back rbs in england please Terrible Service

        Decent bank but what is with the silly opening times.... you close at 16:30 which is terrible for anyone working a 9-5 job like myself also you shut all weekend.... how about opening on a Saturday to at least 12

        If you're actually lucky enough to actually catch it when its open (believe me you need the stars to align) its probably one of the most frustrating and time consuming experiences you'll ever encounter. Make sure you set aside a good 30 minutes for the simplest of tasks and to fight with the barrage of OAP's asking questions about cheque books at the cashier instead of the help desk because..... theres also nobody ever available at the help desk! To also add to the frustration you'll normally see a good 3 to 4 people behind the cashier bumbling around when theres a queue stretching out past Tattie Tim in the square.
