        Heard noises from the loft above our bedroom. The noise was all through the night keeping us awake. I thought it could be a rat/mouse as it didn't sound like birds (which I've heard before). My wife rang this outfit to come do the job 'properly'. He came round was here around 10 minutes stuck his head in and said its birds, they will go soon and then will need to find the entry point to seal up. 2 days later the noise was unbearable and getting worse so I went in there... it was IMMEDIATELY obvious that it was a bees nest ( there were dead bees everywhere) I found the nest within minutes, went to screwfix and sorted it for less than 10. So overall my experience is very poor, 45 to completely mis-diagnose the issue. Service: General pest inspection
