        I wanted to collect an order, not a problem. The staff made sure all my items were available. Excellent customer service, staff are polite and friendly. I just wish they offered in store shopping. Thank you Bluestreak xx

        Customer service from staff on site is amazing! The ladies on the phone ensure they check their stock whilst Im on the phone which makes life super convenient. They always know Im coming in for the Swarovski crystals, and they know I prefer collections. They will keep the package aside for me at my convenience. The location is great and the packaging is perfect protecting the crystals in double layered packaging. I would say I will be back but I am always coming back already
