As class size is strictly controlled, it offers a more personal experience and also the opportunity for plenty of interaction and laughter with other participants!

        Small friendly classes , with knowledgeable instructors taking care to make sure you get the most from each class. All covid measures in place giving you the peace of mind you are in the right place . Lovely village location with easy parking. Offering a range of Pilates , Yoga , spinning the list continues .. Fab ,well done Julie for the ideal gym.
