A recommend local physio has many advantages but one that explains the reason behind each rehab move has been amazing. I have been able to return to running so quickly but the exercises are for life. Thanks George .

After suffering knee pain for a while, I wrongly assumed cartilage problems (again), but after a video consultation with George, he was 99% sure it was not as I suspected. Sent an exercise regime the same day, which, after following, seems to have improved my knee substantially without any further medical intervention. Great!

I came to George with horrible, tight shoulder and neck pain. I was given exercises to do, advice on posture and After a few sessions could feel a massive improvement already. I definitely recommend George to anyone suffering any pain or discomfort.

I think George is possibly one of the best physios to ever have lived! He coached me back to health in just a couple of short weeks after obtaining a mystery hip injury which I was suffering with for a over a month, to the point I could barely walk. George was very professional and knowledgeable and he even managed to heal me remotely in the middle of a pandemic! 10/10 would definitely recommend.
