I have been having reiki with Irene for a few years now and have benefited greatly. It helps reduce my stress and anxiety and in response to that I deal with my pain much better: The feeling of relaxation and peace while having reiki is wonderful and I always feel safe and cared for. Irene is one of the most loving and caring souls I have ever met and I will continue to go to her for treatments whenever I can. I highly recommend Amethyst Holistic therapies. It is a genuinely relaxing and spiritual experience whichever treatment you choose.

Had my first Reki treatment on Sun with Irene. She made me feel very welcome and put me at ease by answering all my questions. The treatment itself made me feel very relaxed and I could definitely feel the Reiki performing it's magic. Thankyou Irene, I will definitely be coming back. Xx
