        Dreadful. I will never use this auction house again. Too lazy to post a brass pencil case, even though I checked out their shipping policy before bidding. Staff are rude and put Customer Service so low down, its hard to call it Customer Service at all. Stay away or bid at your peril. Also check out the reviews on Facebook as they are more honest than these Google ones. Just wish Id read them beforehand. There are so many wonderful Auction Houses out there, who are kind and accommodating. Dont just settle for this lot.
