        AVOID THIS COMPANY: I would leave 0 stars if I could. After being with them on a 5 year contract and being mis-sold 'basic charges' we decided to move companies. Once you terminate at the end of your contract they try to charge you ridiculous things like network warranty charges which states per quarter in the T&C's but try and charge it at the end in one go even though the T&C's state if you agree but we didn't agree to that. Then they try and charge collection charges even though there is no equipment to collect as we own the machine. If you want to be scammed then go with this company. They are vultures as soon as you want to terminate your contract. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! Looking at all the other reviews on here we are clearly not the only one's they have done this too.

        One of the bad and calming cultured company. How Financial Conduct authority allowing them to run this type of lease companies. Is that legal to use loopholes and cheat startup and business. FAC Should inspect this guys and stop their FAC regulation. fraud leasing company. Who ever effected with this guys terms and cheating please go ahead and complain to FCA.

        Awful company. Charged an absolute fortune for early settlement (over 1400 network charge???). Just wanted out from Zerographic so paid it. Then we were hounded by Xerox for money. When asking Zerographic why, then informed us that we had only settled the service not the finance and we had to contact Xerox to sort. If we want to terminate the contact, its the whole thing. They were happy to talk to Xerox when taking out the agreement. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

        Avoid this company at all costs, we signed a 3 year deal with a mid term get out clause in writing. when the time come to activate the get out clause they refused to accept the notice & are still sending us invoices for usage & number of prints for a printer that has not been plugged in for over 12 months? the fact Xerox still allow this company to act on their behalf is unbelievable every email i send to the company is ignored & we are now stuck with a printer that is no longer fit for our business, DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS COMPANY unless you want problems towards the end of your contract
