Chris is fantastic! He is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. We are able to monitor exactly what is being done through the platform Trello, which was initially new to us and is really easy to use. That way we are able to see what has been done, what is being done and what will be done. We also receive a monthly report from Chris which provides so much information, we can monitor all the impovements he has done and how our ranking is improving. Since we have used his services our website traffic has increased tremendously. He knows what he is doing, offers great advise, and I would highly recommend his services. My website was lacking as it wasn't optimised very well. The only orders I was getting were through YouTube/Facebook referrals. Now the products have been tagged properly and have the correct meta data I have noticed an increase in different products sold that have been sitting around for a while. Chris has setup Google ads and Google shopping for me which has helped increase exposure onto the first page of Google. Chris is very organised and professional. Many thanks.
