I recognise good customer service when I see it, and it was definitely here. The lad who served me was friendly but yet fast and efficient. Fish and chips themselves were really nice, best Ive had in ages. Highly recommend.

Where to start. Staff are rude and condescending, service is very slow, laundry in the back in clear view, drinks fridge that has not been working now for at least 2 years. This is just the start asked for a kebab with mint yogurt and garlic mayo. It wasn't till Igot home I was given garlic mayo and sweet chilli, then as shown in the below picture I found a large chunk of black plastic inside my food. This will be my last time going herr after giving them a chance after taking my money then cancelling order last time I tried to go here. Avoid at all cost!
