Steve was recommended by our neighbour and from the moment we met, we felt confident and assured by his service. The task, an extension, was not overly complicated but there were some issues around guidance and policy and Steve's advice and knowledge of the industry was invaluable. He was able to deal with us and council partners very well, using his knowledge of the industry which resulted in a successful extension application despite the issues that we were facing. We contracted Steve following a recommendation from a friend and he surpassed all our expectations (we had not had a particularly positive experience prior to working with Steve unfortunately). From the outset Steve was extremely professional, considerate and courteous in all aspects of his work. He listened to what our needs and wishes were and worked with us to create a vision and concrete plans that met everything we were looking for and needed to achieve whilst being realistic about our budget. He kept to the timescales he stated, his pricing structure was clear, he kept us informed at every step of the planning and design process and his depth of knowledge and experience was evident throughout. Our plans were approved without any objections and we cannot wait to now get started on our project. Thanks to Steve we now look forward to what lies ahead and know that we can always approach him with any questions we may have. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve to anyone searching for a highly skilled and visionary professional to do drawings for any home improvements they are planning.

We were recommended Steve about 18 months ago when we started looking into doing an extension on our home. Steve was a very friendly and approachable man. It was a delight having him in our home whilst we discussed our dreams around the dining room table with a cup of tea. He was flexible in when he could come and see us to talk through things as we live local to where he is based which really helped us as busy working parents to a young baby at the time. Steve talked us through every step of the process, and dealt with all the planning permission and contacting the council himself so that we didnt have the stress. That for us was one of the best parts for us. Anything to make life easier. Steve was always in contact, stuck to his timelines and was always available and willing to review things if wed had a change in heart. We would recommend Steve to any family and friends. If you want a 5 star architect Steve is the one. Our home is our dream now following our extension and we get so many compliments which wouldnt have been possible without Steve so thank you very much.
