They seemed great initially and bought a nice looking horse trailer from them however my car then started having issues with the brake lights stopping working. Was in and out of the garage none stop. Disconnected the towbar, reconnected the tow bar. Didn't think it could be the trailer as it was new but then finally got it checked and turns out someone had jammed the wrong break/side lights cluster in and it was shorting out the circuit. When I emailed to complain (as I had been paying for this trailer for 3 months but been unable to use it due to this) they told me that it can't have been like that. Uuurrmm well it was! Unfortunately when I was there I checked my brake lights and side lights separately so signed to say it was fine so the best they could offer me was a service free but no money back. I then was so disheartened by this trailer that I decided to ask if I could exchange it and according to them my trailer, having gone 2k less than when they sold it to me. Very upset by the whole thing and will not be buying from them again. It's a real shame as the man I met on the day was so lovely and helpful.

Very helpful in supplying a flatbed trailer at short notice, provided trailer plate, straps and all fully insured. Trailer was nearly new, and very easy to use.

Dont pay their bills, possibly having money troubles, Id avoid.
