I feel so fortunate to have found a place in this fantastic, caring home. I was so concerned about leaving my 4 month old daughter in a conventional nursery baby room that I considered quitting my much loved job. However, when I looked around Debbie's I couldn't have been more relieved. It has a beautiful warm atmosphere, and is much more like going to a favourite aunties for a playdate than a childminder or nursery. It is sparklingly clean, has an enormous number of resources and is always themed every few weeks for extra interest. In the time my daughter has been there they have hatched chicks, had lambs come for a visit and planted seeds. They also regularly get out and about on walks or for days out. This is an incredibly stimulating environment for a young child and my daughter is not yet two but has already passed key milestones such as counting to 20, identifying colours, developed fine motor skills and a wide vocabulary. She learns not only from the wonderful staff, but also the other children at the venue. All the children, without exception, are kind polite and caring, which is a wonderful testament to Debbie's care.

Both of my girls have been in Debbies care from 9months to school age. And she is the most loving dedicated and professional childcare setting any parent could wish for. The children are happy, well mannered, constantly stimulated and learning. The food is 5* homemade fresh produce and everything is spotless. The children are nurtured emotionally and physically and thrive in the environment. Ofsted rate Little Lytehouse Outstanding but as a parent it is even better than that! My girls left for school as bright, enthusiastic, well rounded human beings ready to tackle the next stage in their education. I believe it is the perfect setting.
