        Really bad technical support, when the system goes down you cannot get a reply or even talk to anyone within MAM. Terrible experience.

        Prior to purchasing the software i'd encourage you to call the tech support line, its a good indicator of how good the support they offer actually is. I sincerely hope this improves so my review can be updated to reflect this accurately.

        Can never get hold of technical support or in fact anyone in MAM when the system crashes or goes down. When your business operations heavily rely on this system to be operational and frustratingly provide no access to support when things go wrong, its a slippery slope. No idea how theyve managed to make it this far in the industry.
