I would like to thank Becky for taking care of my beloved pet Oscar, on Thursday April 13th who was 18years old sadly passed away. Kind professional in her job, even did a drop off at Ardsley crematorium to save me travelling back 16 miles for collection. Much appreciated at this sad time. I would recommend this service I received at Cannon Hall lovely peaceful place. Thank you Becky

We had our beautiful boy cremated yesterday, Julie was amazingly caring and considerate. He was treated with utmost respect and dignity. This is our first experience of pet cremation and its helping us greatly to grieve for our little boy. A comforting experience when both our hearts are breaking. Thank you Julie Kerry & Frank

Words cannot express how amazing Julie has been for us today. Simon crossed the Rainbow Bridge in the early hours of this morning and we already have him back home safely with us. The lady on the telephone was so caring and helpful. Julie contacted us within minutes and helped make all the arrangements for Simon's cremation. Julie met us and escorted us with dignity into the Pet Crematorium. Simon was given so much love as we were able to be with him in private in the Farewell Room. True compassion and care were shown not only to Simon but all the family too. We were even able to take his brother with us to say his last goodbye. Julie, you are an amazing lady, and we are so pleased that within a couple of hours we are back home with Simon, peacefully at rest. Thank you so much.
