        Having been a member of the society for a long time, I have always enjoyed fantastic customer service.... Only yesterday I requested a form to enable me to cash an ISA which unsurprisingly arrived today. From personal service, to efficiency and friendly staff, Sheffield Mutual is the best finance provider around. Make some enquiries and you won't be disappointed.

        Just wanted to thank Debra for her excellent customer service. every time I call the Sheffield mutual Debra seems to be the one to assist me with my children's ISAs .it is lovely to always be helped with such efficiency and pleasant conversation. Thanks again

        Very unhelpful when dealing with a deceased members estate. All other societies dealt with no issue, appear to have the computer say no attitude. Update. Jo please note I am not confused. I have actually saved with this society for over 40years. But on this occasion extremely unhelpful, and due to this will not be re-investing with them.
