Excellent local architect with a great customer service + regular follow ups to guide us through the process and were really happy with the range of drawings and elevations we got. John has a good range of modern equipment for delivering these too!

John provided us with a service to obtain full planning permission for the demolition of a bungalow on a large plot of land and replaced with 3 detached properties. This involved dealing with a number of challenges through the planning process but each was overcome with comprehensive responses resulting in a successful planning approval.

Jon provided us with an initial plan for conversion of our loft and also a single story kitchen extension. We were very impressed with Jons industry knowledge and also his ability to listen to our wish list. Needless to say the drawings were great and provided us with the additional space (and luxury) that we were looking for. I would highly recommend Jon if you are looking for additional construction in an existing property. Ashley
