Just moved to the area, helpful quick transfer of my dog's details and Healthcare Plan from Wimbledon. No issues getting his annual check up and vaccination booked, friendly efficient service at reception, Vet was very helpful, understanding and interactive during visit.

I took my sound nervous 6 month puppy here as she had a problem with ear. My usual vet - who Ive been with for 14 years - was fully booked for over a week. (I can now see why!). Most of the staff are lovely and friendly here and have a gentle caring tone when speaking to animals. Unfortunately we saw the vet Chana, who in my opinion is either in the wrong job or lacks the knowledge on how to speak to animals, let alone nervous animals. She tried to use an ear scope to examine my puppies ear. As you would expect, my puppy kept moving and fidgeting so Chana couldnt get a good look. I mentioned she was nervous in new places due to sounds and strange people, hoping she would have some trick of trade my usual vet has, to distract my puppy whilst she examined her. Instead of trying to get my puppy to relax she ended up becoming visibly agitated her self and sternly telling my puppy to sit in a raised voice We speak to our animals like living loving things in our house, so she was obviously ignored. I jumped in and asked my puppy to sit nicely obviously worked. She was able to examine her heart, teeth and stomach perfectly fine, so it was clearly the weird object being pushed in her ear that alarmed my puppy. Her alternative to examining her ear was sedation even though she ended up deciding her ear just needs a clean. Every time my puppy got up, Chana would use the same tone. This happened on multiple occasions, so my bad review is simply for the tone and lack of compassion used when dealing with my puppy but especially a nervous puppy. Common sense should be to use a calming tone not tell them off because they are scared. It was unprofessional and she definitely would not pass any ABTC training.
