I was referred to Ben by my friend. She was very impressed by his work and the fact that he works with several architectural firms, some of which she was considering for her build. I sent an email to Ben specifying that my structural engineer had gone MIA and was delaying on providing beam design and calcs for my extension. However I needed a quick turnaround as my project had been stalled for 2 months already due to my structural engineers delay. Ben replied within day to say his team will not be able to work within the quick turnaround and recommended another firm. I appreciated his frankness and proactiveness to understand my position and provide a referral. This is a reflection that he was 2 steps ahead and knew where i was heading. I would definitely seek to get a quote from Ben for my next project.
