Waited nearly 45 mins just for a garlic bread starter with practically no garlic. Then an hour for an average tasting x2 pizzas. Then paid 49 for the privilege!! It was like pulling teeth getting served and it wasnt even that busy for an event night. You have been warned.

Staff try their best, However management need serious customer service training and let their emotions get the better of them. I had a minor issue and instead of being helped management felt the need to team up and be overly defensive & patronising over a drink being topped up. Would never recommend or return.

I was warmly greeted at the door. Had to wait to be seated, not because it was busy but because the vacant tables had not yet been cleaned. I was given time to settle and read the menu before being served. A young black woman (sorry I didn't get your name) served with a smile, was very polite and hardworking. The place filled up with more customers but I couldn't work out why the place felt so flat and uninteresting. After my drink I nearly left because the place was dull but my hunger kept me there. I had a pizza. It was ok but overpriced and didn't satisfy my appetite. When it was time to leave, I stood up to put my coat on. As I did this, my coat got caught on the corner of the table. A sharp piece of plastic that had come away from the table had now ripped several slight holes in the polyamide fabric of my coat. Naturally I was frustrated. I pointed the incident out to the duty manager. I got a rather subdued apology let's say! Yes it was unfortunate, no it wasn't her fault but good customer service I did not get. A free meal perhaps? Or at the very least, drinks vouchers to show empathy towards my situation? Any gesture no matter how big or small would have been nice.
