As a new customer I'm very happy with service I have received. I am very impressed by the quality of their reports compared to previous companies i have tried. Inventory report was thorough as I expected it to be and person carrying it out was friendly and professional.. Would recommend.

Very unhappy and disappointed from their services. The check in reports are not showing in details all the issues in the property! Used them for couple of years and last 2 reports been just done very quick and unprofessional! Their photos are not showing the real problems in the property and are in bad quality! The main thing is that are not describing in details all the issues and not giving you any advice. Just waste of time and money! Dont trust them!

I am a landlord and I recently used this company for the first time. I had a check out service completed on my rental apartment. I must say I was very impressed with the check out report. They found a number of damages in the property, many of which I had overlooked on my initial assessment of the apartment. Using their report I was able to claim more from my tenants deposit for repairs. I will be using Prime Link services for all inventories and check outs going forward. Thank you.

Lousy inventory company. Landlords, do your inventories yourselves! I wish, I did.
