        Some members of staff are extremelly rude! They would lie until the end to cover their backs. They would give you incident forms saying your child has had an injury but wont give you a copy until you ask the manager to sign and to give you a copy. I had to take pictures to show her. Manager and deputy manager also extremelly defensive if you express any concerns. Nappies and wipes kept disappearing. A member of staff told me only end of the day that he had had diarrhoea throughout the day.
