Had one of the best experiences getting my nails done in London! Tommy worked with such care and passion as I was very specific as to what colour I wanted & the whole team got together to make sure that my choice was possible as we did Dipping Powder SNS + Chrome & we were all so excited with how it turned out! All in all it was such a wonderful experience & I will definitely come back as they are truly the best xx Service: Dip powder

Im very sad to be leaving this review but my experience has been so negative that I want to warn other customers. I have been to this nail bar several times before with no problems and have been very happy, however, the last time I went a week ago, the service was awful. I chose my colour and the person who did my nails prepared my nails but put on the wrong shade (which I double checked before he applied, but he still managed to get it wrong). When I highlighted this, they admitted that I couldnt have the colour I wanted - indeed, I couldnt have most of the colours on the chart, and for 40, I dont think its too much to ask to get at least one of the colours I would like. They finally allowed me to have another colour but prepared my nails again so they were extremely thick, which I mentioned to the person doing my nails, which he swiftly ignored. The customer next to me even asked me if I was okay because the experience was so frustrating. When it came to paying, I didnt want to cause a fuss as they were busy, so I paid and headed out and came back less than 30 mins later after doing some shopping, so I could resolve the issue - after all, the evidence of a poor job is there on my nails. They said they wouldnt refund me because I didnt mention a problem at the time: I said that I mentioned that my nails were thick to the person doing my nails at the time (who was burying his head as I said that) and that you could clearly see that the nails were too thick, which the person at the till admitted, and I said that I didnt want to cause embarrassment or an issue at the time of paying because they had other customers at the time. She said she couldnt process anything until her manager was in and I said I trusted her to be honest about what had happened - clearly, I was naive. They didnt call all week and left it for me to do so 3 times and they simply lied about the whole experience - both members of staff said I hadnt raised an issue at the time and clearly wasnt honest about the state of my nails which she agreed were too thick at the time. I will not be using this nail bar again, I dont like giving my custom to people who run a business dishonestly, which is a shame because I had always been a happy customer up until then, but clearly pinching 40 was more important to them than resolving a problem with a customer who has visited them several times before and would have done indefinitely. Proceed with caution! Also please note that they seem to attack everyone who leaves a bad review, saying that everyone is rude, even though a lot of our experiences are the same. Just FYI people telling the truth that isnt something you like isnt rude, and its probably worth addressing the reasons why people are leaving these reviews, rather than try and blame everyone but yourselves.
