Jodie was amazing, we went in for my niece and nephews birthday and she was sooo helpful and interactive with the kids! They had the best time and would stop talking about it and playing with their bears for hours, we had the scent and voice included the kids loved customising it ! She also let us know as its their birthday they get a birthday bear which cost the age they was turning that day! We also purchased as voucher for the future as it came at a discounted price with our purchase. She was so helpful and had an amazing attitude with the kids, the o2 also has a bunch of fun activities for the kids overall amazing customer service! 100% recommend for birthday parties ! Im store experience is soooo much better than online !! Thank you again Jodie for your help very much appreciated
