        A good range of clothing and I was able to find what I was looking for. Bizarre arrangements though - women's clothing is on the ground floor, changing rooms are on the 1st floor, as are cash tills, but self-service card payments are on the ground floor. The sales assistant covering the card payment area was really helpful, but I'd have preferred to be served by someone behind the counter than having to do it myself. All cost-cutting ploys I presume.

        Are your staff members incapable of answering the phone? I have been trying to call since Sunday about a bag I may have left behind in store and I never get an answer! Absolute joke
