        Went to 02 ProCook this weekend and Erina was brilliant! Product knowledge was excellent and she was very courteous and patient despite it being a busy Saturday: I had to re-stock an entire kitchen. Great product recommendations and excellent prices for top quality products. Very impressed with her and the two colleagues who assisted her - they worked seamlessly as a team so there was less to do by checkout time. Thanks Erina.

        Fantastic customer service, Vera is so professional and visibly passionate about her job, been there for an exchange at closing time and she didn't rush us at all but been so helpful with great recommendations. High quality products as well. Highly recommend!
