        Food is nice 90% of the time but service is pretty pants. Understandably the staff are overwhelmed on event days and it is a struggle to receive a prompt and consistent smiley service from any of the team. You wait ages for drinks which should be taken and on the table within 10 minutes at most and then theres another long wait for starters and then mains. Youre unable to use most generic discounts here as this branch is excluded from most promotional deals and the toilets look like a bomb has hit it. Its annoying having to chase up food and drinks and having to point out the cleanliness of the restaurant/toilets as its something the consumer shouldnt have to do when theyre out celebrating/visiting for a special occasion but I almost have to every single time I come here. It does make sense why this branch usually has a shorter queue than most in the O2 as you should expect less otherwise youll be greatly disappointed.
