Literally the rudest and less skilled customer service team ever. They charged me for an item I didnt purchase and when i went back the next day they asked if I have the stuff with them I dont understand the logic in that and then the girl that asked told me there was no proof I wasnt lying so I told her check your cameras they made me wait 20 minutes then when Iwent back the said their cameras arent working. I spoke to both the team leader and store manager and they have literally 0 customer service skills and said there was nothing they can do for 3.40 gbp! I m never shopping there again.

Unfriendly staff & manager. Charged me extra even though she told me that shell price correct an item. Side eyed when I asked her for a refund.

I was glad this store had what I wanted. The staff were friendly but need a bit more time queuing at the checkout. Moreover, the store inside was quite warm and stuffy.
