Parking: O2 arena car park 1 worked well before the event but chaotic afterwards with congested local roads caused by by so many cars trying to leave at the same time! Low score is to do with toilets. Staff and food were excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful and found us a good spot with our buggy. But the toilets / bathroom is in need of a deep clean! Really dirty.

Service was non existent. We had to go to the counter to order our food, the food and drink was delivered to the table and the coffee was cold and the fries had been placed on the wrong plates, forcing us to shuffle the food between us. One star for service. One star for the Atmosphere, we were the only people on the restaurant yet still had to wait to be seated by the waitress. I guess that this was one of her few opportunities to earn a tip. There was nowhere to hang our outdoor wear such as coats, jackets and hats. In a word, the place was grim. Food would have been okay if it were served hot and to the correct customers. I had the beef patty which was small and lukewarm. The patty is served with "fried onion ring" on top. The onion ring consists of at least 60% batter and is added to the pate to increase the height by 2cm. This may help increase profits in the short term but Gourmet Burger Kitchen will lose return trade. There are no winners here, not the customer, or the staff or indeed the company as a whole.
